Microsoft 365 offers a suite of task management tools that work well individually, but when used together, they provide a more connected and efficient way to manage work. This session will explore how Planner, Lists, and Loop integrate to support seamless task tracking and collaboration across platforms.
Join us for an informative session focused on integrated task management in Microsoft 365. Whether you're coordinating projects, following up on meeting action items, or organizing your own work, this session will highlight how these tools work together to simplify workflows and improve visibility.
Led by Dewayne Hyatt, Microsoft Senior Cloud Solution Architect, this session will:
- Demonstrate how task lists created in Loop automatically sync with Planner for centralized tracking
- Show how Planner plans can be embedded into Loop pages for real-time collaboration and updates
- Explore how collaborative meeting notes in Teams generate Loop task lists that sync to Planner
- Highlight how individual tasks assigned through these tools surface in Planner under “My Tasks” and “My Day” views
Whether you're managing a team project or streamlining your own task list, this session will help you connect Microsoft 365 tools for a more integrated task management experience.
Note: This session will be recorded for those unable to attend live.
