Interested in starting a new student organization at Georgia Tech? Attending a Charter Training session is a mandatory first step in the chartering process. This Spring, the Center for Student Engagement will offer three sessions to help students understand the requirements and procedures. Attendance at one session is required to proceed with the chartering process.

The Spring Charter Training sessions provide an essential introduction to the chartering process for new student organizations at Georgia Tech. Hosted by the Center for Student Engagement, these sessions guide students through key steps, including drafting a constitution, understanding Institute policies, and adopting best practices for successful organization management.

Students must attend one of the three sessions offered during the semester to be eligible to complete the chartering process. Failure to attend results in forfeiting the opportunity to charter a new organization for that semester.
