The Hiring Practices Instructor-led course is a condensed version of the Hiring Manager Certificate program. Participants will get a high-level view of their responsibilities as a hiring manager and the interview, hiring, and onboarding process. Through activities and in-class access to HR representatives, hiring managers will have the opportunity to ask questions, work through scenarios, and glean insight from other hiring managers.
